Key Responsibilities:
Legal Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company’s business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Land Acquisition:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of land acquisition for the company.
- Negotiate with landowners and government authorities to secure land deals.
Liaisoning:
- Maintain and build relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination with various external entities.
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal standards and protect the company’s interests.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s operations.
- Provide legal advice to the management team on various issues.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the legal team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the legal team is up-to-date with the latest legal developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Experience: At least 20 years of legal experience, with a significant portion spent in the manufacturing industry. Demonstrable expertise in land acquisition and liaisoning is crucial.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
