Position: Quality Manager

Qualifications:

• Education: BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 8 to 15 years in quality management, with a strong focus on the Automobile industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the quality assurance processes within the manufacturing facility.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and protocols that align with industry regulations and company goals.
• Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality from development through production.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Analyze quality data and identify trends, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and improve product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Skills and Expertise:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in the Automobile industry.
• Proficient in quality management systems, tools, and methodologies such as Six Sigma, ISO standards, and Lean manufacturing.

Salary:
