📝 Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage after-sales service teams across Pan India operations.
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of service requests, complaints, and escalations.
Monitor service quality, TAT (Turnaround Time), spare parts management, and warranty handling.
Coordinate with service centers, regional teams, and channel partners for seamless service delivery.
Implement and track KPIs such as First Time Resolution, SLA adherence, and Customer Feedback Scores.
Train, guide, and monitor performance of service engineers and partners.
Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to analyze recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and present periodic service MIS and reports to management.

🎯 Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of after-sales service operations in consumer electronics.
Leadership & team management (multi-location handling preferred).
Problem-solving and escalation management skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with ability to track service KPIs and drive improvements.
