Job Summary

As an HR Payroll Executive at Writer Information, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, employee attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with payroll software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll with accuracy and within deadlines.
Maintain employee data including attendance, leave, and working hours.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax (TDS).
Address payroll-related employee queries.
Prepare and manage payroll MIS reports.
Support HR in employee data management and documentation.
Coordinate with the finance team on payroll-related matters.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of payroll processing experience.
Knowledge of payroll tools such as SAP, Tally, Excel, or HRMS software.
